Who We Are
Fuse Funders LLC ("Fuse Funders," "we," "us," "our") is a merchant cash advance broker. We are not a lender or a direct funder. We collect funding applications from business owners and submit them to third-party funding partners who make the actual funding decisions.
This policy explains what information we collect through fusefunders.com and our application forms, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

What We Collect
Information you give us
When you use our prequalification tool, we collect the funding amount you are seeking, your approximate monthly revenue, how long you have been in business, and your estimated personal credit range — along with your name, business name, email address, and mobile phone number.
When you complete a funding application, we additionally collect:
- Business details — legal business name, trade name (DBA), entity type, Federal Employer Identification Number, state of incorporation, business start date, industry, products or services sold, business address, business phone number, and information about any existing funding obligations including current balances and the funders who hold them.
- Owner and principal details — for each owner listed, we collect full name, title, ownership percentage, date of birth, Social Security number, home address, mobile phone number, and email address.
- Documents you upload — business bank statements, driver's license or other government-issued identification, and a voided business check.
- Your electronic signature, together with the date and time you signed, the IP address you signed from, and the version of the authorization language displayed to you at the time.
We collect Social Security numbers because our funding partners require them to evaluate the personal guarantee that typically accompanies a merchant cash advance. We do not use them for any other purpose.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website or use our application, we may collect your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, the website or campaign that referred you, and identifiers we use to attribute a lead to a marketing source or a specific representative. We use browser storage to save your progress so you can return to an incomplete application without starting over.
How We Use Your Information
- To evaluate your funding request and prepare a submission package.
- To transmit your application and supporting documents to funding partners on your behalf.
- To contact you about your application by phone, email, and — if you have separately consented — text message.
- To remind you to complete an application you have started but not finished.
- To verify your identity and the accuracy of the information you provide.
- To understand how our website and application are used, and to improve them.
- To meet our legal, regulatory, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information in the following circumstances:
- With funding partners. This is the core of what we do. When you sign our application, you authorize us to transmit that application and the supporting information and documents you provided to one or more funding partners who may offer you financing. Those partners may obtain consumer credit reports, business credit reports, and other information about you and your business from credit reporting agencies including TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax, and from banks, creditors, and other third parties. Each funding partner handles your information under its own privacy practices, which we do not control.
- With service providers. We use third-party services to run our business, including cloud hosting, document storage, customer relationship management, email and text messaging delivery, address verification, and analytics. These providers may access your information only as needed to perform services for us.
- For legal reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
- In a business transfer. If Fuse Funders is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Text Messages
If you check the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Fuse Funders, including automated messages, relating to customer care, your account or application, and promotional or marketing offers. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at funding@fusefunders.com.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for or receiving funding.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only by Fuse Funders and the messaging providers who deliver messages on our behalf.
We keep a record of when you gave consent, the IP address you gave it from, and the exact consent language shown to you.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your application session working, to understand how visitors use our site, and to measure the performance of our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may prevent parts of our application from working correctly.
Data Security and Retention
Information you submit is transmitted over encrypted connections. Uploaded documents and application data are stored with access controls limiting access to personnel and systems that need it.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain application information and documents for as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements — including after an application is declined or abandoned, since funding partners and regulators may require records of submissions.
Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at funding@fusefunders.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. Some information cannot be deleted where we are required to retain it, or where it has already been transmitted to a funding partner who maintains its own records.
You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, and out of text messages by replying STOP.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — including the right to know what personal information we have collected, to request its deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of California, and of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, may exercise these rights by contacting us at the address above.
Children
Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
