Questions

SBA loans FAQs

What SBA programs are available?

Through our lending partners, primarily SBA 7(a) loans, plus other SBA-backed programs depending on your needs.

How long does it take?

Approval typically takes 30–90 days, depending on the program and how complete your documents are.

What if I was denied by the SBA?

We can look at why and whether another lender or product fits better, such as a line of credit or working capital loan.

Can I get faster funding while I wait?

Yes. Some businesses use a shorter-term product to bridge the gap. We will be clear about the cost of doing so.

What documents are needed?

Typically business and personal tax returns, financial statements, bank statements, a debt schedule and ownership details.

Do you guarantee SBA approval?

No. No lender can. Approval depends on the lender's underwriting and SBA eligibility rules.

Can I bridge into an SBA loan?

Often. We can fund short-term capital now and work the SBA package in parallel, then use the SBA proceeds to retire the bridge.

Is Fuse Funders the lender?

On SBA files we act as your packager and advocate, placing the loan with partner lenders and staying on the file through closing.
